The store close-out report

SITUATION
Every store sends its close-out in a different shape. Head office asks for the missing fields and writes the shared report by hand.
WHAT IS BUILT
Standard close-out fields come into one flow. A missing or out-of-rule record goes back to the store it came from. The Management Cockpit shows approved records on one screen; nothing about money is interpreted or corrected on its own.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
Close-outs finished on time, and records sent back for a missing field, stay in the form log. So does how long the head office report took to prepare.

02REPRESENTATIVE SCENARIO

The stock question line

SITUATION
A store worker messages head office or other stores to find out about a product elsewhere. The answer can reach the customer without anyone checking how current it is.
WHAT IS BUILT
The Knowledge Assistant builds the answer from the approved stock source and shows how current that source is. An unclear or out-of-rule result goes to the store confirmation queue.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
Reply time to a stock question, and queries that needed confirming, stay in the query log. So do answer attempts whose source had gone stale.

03REPRESENTATIVE SCENARIO

The shift request queue

SITUATION
Leave and shift swap requests pile up in personal messages. A gap opens between the manager's approval and the plan that goes out.
WHAT IS BUILT
The Lead Hub turns shift requests into orderly records. The Follow-up Engine chases missing approvals. A change is written into the plan only after an authorised manager approves it.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
How long a request took to be recorded, and what is waiting for approval, stay in the task log. So do changes reopened after the plan went out.
