AI INFRASTRUCTURE AND OPERATIONS PARTNER FOR BUSINESSES
We turn every time-consuming process in your business into a measurable system.
Vuntus finds the work that costs you time and turns it into measurable systems with AI and automation. Our aim is not to replace your team, but to take the repeating work into the system and leave the critical decision with a person.
The scope and the next step are settled in writing after the discovery call.
FROM PROBLEM TO RESULT
The problem is not a missing tool, it is a missing system.
You are not short of tools; what is missing is the thing that ties separately tried tools into one way of working.
No shared method
Everyone tries an AI tool in their own corner; what works stays with the person and no process forms.
The method that works sits in the system, not in someone's head.
The first step is unclear
Because it is not clear where to start, either nothing starts or it starts from the most visible place, which is the wrong one.
Discovery stops the first step being a guess.
Impact is not measured
Nobody can say whether the trials worked. Decisions get made on a feeling.
Every build is tied to a measure; “I think it is working” comes to an end.
OPERATIONS LENS
Scattered work turns into a controlled system.
Pick an area; see the information coming in, what the system does, the step you approve and the result.
PICK AN AREA
06 EXAMPLE FLOWS
SELECTED AREA
Sales & CRM
Requests from different channels come together in one place; a quote is prepared and sent after the team approves.
- 01INPUT
WhatsApp, email and trade fair meeting notes
- 02SYSTEM
Sorts the requests and ties them to the quote flow
- 03HUMAN APPROVALYOU DECIDE
The team checks the quote and approves the send
- 04OUTPUT
Sales follow-up with a clear source and a clear next step
These are example flows. Your own scope is written down after the discovery call. Setup ends with team training and handover.
A worked example: see the sales systemSERVICE MODEL
Not one package, but four services that combine to fit the need.
Vuntus does not sell a ready-made template; it combines discovery, build, training and an ongoing partnership around you.
Discovery & Roadmap
We map the processes together and pin down where time is lost and where AI will bring a realistic benefit. The output is a prioritised roadmap.
For businesses that do not know where to start.
System Build
We turn the priority processes into measurable, AI-supported systems that connect to the tools you already have (CRM, email, ERP, Excel).
For businesses ready to move into implementation.
Consulting & Training
We offer AI consulting for management and hands-on training for teams; we make sure the person deciding and the person doing speak the same language.
For teams that need direction and capability.
Ongoing Partnership
A periodic way of working for measuring and improving the systems built, and for discovering new needs.
For businesses that want to keep moving forward.
HOW WE WORK
From discovery to handover: how we work.
Understand
The problem, the current tools, the data flow and how the team actually works are settled — whichever department it is.
WHAT YOU KEEP
A shared problem definition and a clear next step · A bottleneck map and a measurable success criterion
Design
The scope, the responsibilities, the integration approach and the written proposal are prepared.
WHAT YOU KEEP
A proposal setting out the scope, the schedule and the responsibilities
Build and hand over
The system is built and tested with the real flow and real data; the team is trained by role and the documentation is handed over.
WHAT YOU KEEP
A tested system running in the real flow · A trained team, a working guide and a handover plan
Measure and improve
The measures we agreed on are tracked. Needed corrections are made in a controlled way.
WHAT YOU KEEP
Metric tracking and a controlled improvement plan
We settle the scope, the schedule and the investment in a written proposal after the discovery call.
See how we workTRUST AND CONTROL
The system runs. The critical decision stays with you.
Human approval
Critical emails, proposals, outside sharing and anything you cannot undo wait for your approval, not the system's. The system prepares the work; your team presses send.
Written scope
What gets built, what stays out of scope and how success will be measured are all written down.
Traceable actions
What the system does and where it stops for approval are designed to be traceable after the fact, and access roles are defined.
Training and handover
Your team knows how to run the system. Documentation and handover of ownership are part of the plan.
FAQ
Common questions
Do we have to replace our current CRM or ERP?
No. Our approach is to build on top of the systems you already have. Which systems get talked to becomes clear at the diagnosis stage. If we genuinely find a system inadequate, we say so with our reasons — but the decision to change it is yours.
Where is the data processed?
We set up a separate, isolated environment for each client. Your data is not held in the same pool as another client's. Which data goes where, how long it is kept and how it is deleted is written out step by step on the Trust Centre page.
My team is not technical — can they use the system?
Yes. The systems we build run inside the email, WhatsApp and CRM screens your team already uses; there is no new, complicated software to learn. After the build we give role-based training: each person learns only their own screen.
How long does it take?
Discovery starts with a single call. The schedule for the first working system depends on the scope. How many systems are talked to, how ready the data is, how many approval steps there are — these set the schedule. We do not guess the schedule; we share it together with the written scope once the diagnosis is done.
How are the scope and the investment decided?
Two things set the scope: the bottlenecks the process diagnosis brings out, and the measure of success we agree on. The investment follows from that scope. How many modules get built, how many systems are talked to, how ready the data is, how much training the team needs — all of it counts. That is why we do not publish a ready figure on the site. A number given without seeing the scope would not be realistic.
Let's understand your process first.
In a short discovery call, let's talk about the problem, the tools you use today and the result you want. If there is a workable scope, we share the first step in writing.
If we do not see a workable scope, we say so plainly too.
