LOGISTICS

Keep trip information out of message threads and traceable through to delivery.

Logistics automation gathers the status information between operations, the driver and the customer onto one line. The system runs the message draft and the document queue. Route and on-the-ground decisions stay with the team.

01 / WHERE TIME IS LOST

Where does time go in this industry?

We make the repeating losses in Logistics visible before anyone picks a tool.

  1. 01

    TRIP PLAN

The plan is updated in separate versions of a spreadsheet. Every time, the team checks which list is the valid one.

  2. 02

    FIELD COMMUNICATION

Delays, waiting time and delivery notes stay in the message stream. They are not tied to the shipment record in time.

  3. 03

    DELIVERY DOCUMENT

The signed document is collected across photos, email and folders. A missing document shows at the end of the period.

  4. 04

    CUSTOMER STATUS

When a customer asks for status, the team goes back to the driver or into another system to gather it.

  5. 05

    TRIP CLOSE-OUT

At the end of the day, completed, pending and exception trips are put together by hand.

02 / EXAMPLE FLOWS

We describe the system to be built, not the problem.

The scenarios below are representative. They are not real customer data; they summarise the operating picture we see often at this size.

01REPRESENTATIVE SCENARIO

The load status line

SITUATION
When a customer asks for status, the agent opens the shipment record, the driver message and the plan sheet one by one. The answer depends on who is asking.
WHAT IS BUILT
The Lead Hub matches the customer question to the right shipment record. The Knowledge Assistant writes a reply draft only from the approved status, showing its source. A message with a delay or an exception goes to the person responsible for approval.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
First reply time and requests with no source stay in the communication record. Exceptions sent for approval show there too.

02REPRESENTATIVE SCENARIO

Collecting and filing delivery documents

SITUATION
Delivery documents come from separate channels; matching them to the right shipment is done by hand. A missing document is hunted for again when the file is closed.
WHAT IS BUILT
Incoming documents are recorded in the Lead Hub and a match is suggested by shipment number. An unclear match drops into a human queue; an approved document is filed into an orderly archive.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
The time between delivery and the document being tied to the record stays in the archive log. So do unmatched documents and records asked for again.

03REPRESENTATIVE SCENARIO

The daily trip close-out report

SITUATION
The manager gathers finished, late and open trips from separate sheets. Telling the report's source apart from its latest state gets hard.
WHAT IS BUILT
CRM Orchestration puts trip statuses onto one standard. The Management Cockpit shows open exceptions and source timestamps on one screen. The person responsible approves the close-out report before it goes out.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
How long the close-out report took to prepare stays in the record log. So do trips with missing status and exceptions carried to the next day.

04 / INDUSTRY FAQ

Let's clear up how this works for Logistics.

See the decision limits, how we work with your current tools, and how data moves — before discovery.

01

Does the system decide routes or driver matters automatically?

No. Routes, shipment priority and on-the-ground exceptions are the operations team's decision. The system gathers current information and follows the document and notification flow.

02

Does the driver have to use a new app?

That need is decided in discovery. The priority is to produce records from the communication and operations tools the team already uses. A new screen is taken into scope only if there is a clear business need.

05 / NEXT STEP

Let's find the first bottleneck in your Logistics operation together.

We listen to the real workflow, the tools you use and the approval points that matter. Then we put the first buildable scope in writing.
