REAL ESTATE

Let the request, the viewing and the paperwork move in the same client record.

Real estate automation moves requests from portals, forms, phone notes and messages into one queue. The system organises the first details and the follow-up. Which property to suggest, the price and the contract decision stay with the agent.

01 / WHERE TIME IS LOST

Where does time go in this industry?

We make the repeating losses in Real Estate visible before anyone picks a tool.

  1. 01

    COLLECTING REQUESTS

Requests from a portal, a form and a message are not tied to the same person. The agent cannot see the earlier conversation.

  2. 02

    QUALIFYING

Budget, area, intended use and timing are not always gathered in the same shape. The same manual effort is spent on every request.

  3. 03

    VIEWING TRAFFIC

A viewing time is found by messaging back and forth. A change reaches the record late.

  4. 04

    LISTING MATCH

The difference in price, status or content between the portal and the internal portfolio record is checked by hand.

  5. 05

    PAPERWORK TRACKING

The offer, the authority document and the contract paperwork are followed in separate channels. A missing step stays tied to a person.

02 / EXAMPLE FLOWS

We describe the system to be built, not the problem.

The scenarios below are representative. They are not real customer data; they summarise the operating picture we see often at this size.

01REPRESENTATIVE SCENARIO

Qualifying and routing a request

SITUATION
What the request is after stays in a free-form message. The agent asks the same basic questions again; the answers are not tied to the portfolio record.
WHAT IS BUILT
The Lead Hub takes every channel into one queue. Lead Intelligence pulls out budget, area, intended use and timing, and flags what is missing. The system does not reject anything on its own; the team approves the routing suggestion.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
The time from the first record of a request to a full brief stays in the record log. So do the rounds spent on missing information and the routings the agent changed.

02REPRESENTATIVE SCENARIO

The listing sync watch

SITUATION
The internal portfolio record is updated but the portal listing does not change at the same time. The gap shows when a client asks, or when the agent looks.
WHAT IS BUILT
Listing fields are compared regularly. A difference in status, price or content sends a recorded alert to the agent concerned. The system does not change a listing without a person approving.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
The time between a gap forming and being seen stays in the reconciliation log. So do open gap records and the fields corrected after approval.

03REPRESENTATIVE SCENARIO

The viewing and paperwork flow

SITUATION
The viewing appointment, the offer and the paperwork run in separate messages. When the client or the agent changes, the information is gathered from the start.
WHAT IS BUILT
CRM Orchestration keeps the request, the viewing and the paperwork status in the same record. The Follow-up Engine writes a message draft for a pending confirmation or document. Anything going outside, and the contract step, stay with an authorised approval.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
Viewing confirmation time, and records waiting on missing paperwork, stay in the calendar stamp. So do meetings that were rescheduled.

04 / INDUSTRY FAQ

Let's clear up how this works for Real Estate.

See the decision limits, how we work with your current tools, and how data moves — before discovery.

01

Does the system suggest properties or prices to the client automatically?

The system can organise what the client is after and suggest a match. Choosing the property, the price and the negotiation sit with the agent. The final suggestion going to the client stays with their approval too.

02

Does it change portal listings automatically?

The default behaviour is to find the difference and show it to an authorised person. Nothing is changed in an outside system unless the scope says which field changes with which approval.

05 / NEXT STEP

Let's find the first bottleneck in your Real Estate operation together.

We listen to the real workflow, the tools you use and the approval points that matter. Then we put the first buildable scope in writing.
