E-COMMERCE

Keep the operating load visible and manageable as order volume grows.

E-commerce automation gathers what comes from marketplaces, the store, the warehouse and customer messages into one record. Routine steps move through the system; return and exception decisions stay with the team.

01 / WHERE TIME IS LOST

Where does time go in this industry?

We make the repeating losses in E-commerce visible before anyone picks a tool.

  1. 01

    ORDER CHAIN

Order, invoice and shipping information is carried between panels by hand. The exception is noted in someone's personal list.

  2. 02

    RETURN REQUEST

Return messages come from WhatsApp, email and social channels. Because they never enter one shared queue, each agent takes a different route.

  3. 03

    STOCK MATCH

The gap between marketplace, site and warehouse is usually seen late. When sales drop, or when a customer says so.

  4. 04

    REPLY QUEUE

During a busy campaign, simple questions and requests that need an expert land in the same queue.

  5. 05

    RECORD INTEGRITY

When the same customer writes from several channels, the earlier conversations do not come together on one screen.

02 / EXAMPLE FLOWS

We describe the system to be built, not the problem.

The scenarios below are representative. They are not real customer data; they summarise the operating picture we see often at this size.

01REPRESENTATIVE SCENARIO

The order handling line

SITUATION
Orders are checked across several panels. An address, product or payment exception is tracked in a hand-kept list; the work piles up on one person.
WHAT IS BUILT
Marketplace and store notifications enter one queue in the Lead Hub. An ordinary record moves into an orderly flow by rules. A missing or conflicting order drops into an exception queue with a person approving; CRM Orchestration ties customer and order history together.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
The time from an order entering the system to being ready for handling stays in the timestamp. Exception types and records that need correcting show there too.

02REPRESENTATIVE SCENARIO

Return correspondence automation

SITUATION
Return requests come from separate channels and the policy is read differently by different people. The customer explains the earlier conversation from the start.
WHAT IS BUILT
The Lead Hub matches the message to the right order. The Knowledge Assistant brings the current return rule with its source and writes a reply draft. The agent approves the reasoning, the exception and the send.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
First reply time and the edits the agent makes to the draft stay in the channel records. So do requests whose rule could not be tied to a source, and the open return queue.

03REPRESENTATIVE SCENARIO

The stock mismatch watch

SITUATION
A gap builds up between marketplace, store and warehouse stock. The problem often shows only when an order cannot be filled.
WHAT IS BUILT
Stock records across the systems are compared regularly. A gap that falls outside the rule sends a recorded notice to the person responsible. Stock is not corrected on its own; the Management Cockpit shows the open gaps.
HOW IT IS MEASURED
The time between a gap forming and being seen stays in the reconciliation log. So does the age of the open record and the gaps an authorised person has confirmed.

04 / INDUSTRY FAQ

Let's clear up how this works for E-commerce.

See the decision limits, how we work with your current tools, and how data moves — before discovery.

01

Does the system decide returns automatically?

No. The system brings the request together with the order and the rule source; it can prepare a reply draft. The exception, the refund and the final message to the customer stay with the authorised team's approval.

02

Do marketplace and store data have to be held in one place?

No. The source systems can stay where they are. The flow we build reads the records it needs over connections, moves events into a shared queue, and keeps visible which data came from where.

05 / NEXT STEP

Let's find the first bottleneck in your E-commerce operation together.

We listen to the real workflow, the tools you use and the approval points that matter. Then we put the first buildable scope in writing.
